LogiMAT 2026: Networking, practical use cases and plenty of fresh ideas
LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart is now behind us, and the three days were characterised by in-depth discussions, new contacts and a clear picture of the issues currently driving the industry.
The focus was primarily on three key questions:
- How can companies use data – as a key raw material – efficiently and securely at the same time?
- How can we achieve seamless collaboration between skilled workers, production systems and robotics?
- How can real-world scenarios be better planned and validated using virtual models?
We also actively discussed these topics at our stand in Hall 4.
Focus on practice: hands-on solutions
Many visitors came to us with specific challenges. This is precisely where simulation comes in: as a tool for making more informed decisions and identifying risks at an early stage.
The main focus was on:
- Simulation and digital twins for production and logistics processes
- Virtual commissioning to validate systems even before the real-world start-up
- Supply chain management and network optimisation with the Siemens Supply Chain Suite
- Current developments in simulation tools such as AnyLogic, Emulate3D and Plant Simulation
The discussions clearly showed that these topics have long been an integral part of many projects and are continuing to grow in importance.
What remains
Beyond the technical topics, one thing stands out above all: personal interaction.
Many conversations were characterised by openness, specific questions and the shared goal of developing better solutions. This is precisely what makes events like LogiMAT so valuable.
We are taking away numerous new ideas and look forward to continuing these discussions.
Thank you to everyone involved
Many thanks to everyone who visited our stand and sought to engage with us.
A special thank you goes to our team on site and to everyone involved behind the scenes. It is only through your dedication that a trade fair appearance of this kind is possible.
Credit goes to our photographer Martin Klindtworth, our stand builder DDI-TEAM messebau Hamburg for the fantastic new stand design, and David Holzmann for the graphics.
