The training was interesting and due to the small number of participants at this date, the course was very personal and individual. Exactly what one expects from an expert training. I can only recommend such a training. I got a lot out of it.

Thank you Hauke for conducting the simulation, it was untypical as the purpose was to prove a prototype before a later more detailed stage of simulation. All SimPlan employees involved in the project were very familiar with the processes and operations. The gave constructive feedback regarding strategies and parameter values for the control system and for dispatching.
A very good training, which had the essential general methodological content as well as a very large practical part. Our individual questions were always at the centre of attention, whereby no standard solution was advertised here, but rather the ability to work independently was focussed on.
For me, the topic of simulation is automatically linked to the name SimPlan. When the topic comes up in our company, SimPlan is the first port of call.
The simulation done by SimPlan confirmed that the existing facility meets the additional requirements. This is an important insight for our further strategic planning in that area.
Complex issues could be solved at any time and to full satisfaction thanks to Mr Hammerschmid’s expert knowledge. Even changes at short notice could be implemented with the utmost flexibility.
From the ground up, the procedure for processing a simulation project was communicated in an understandable and structured manner. In addition, different approaches to solutions were explained and compared, especially in the case of problems that arose. The coaching by Mr Hammerschmid enabled me to handle the simulation software with confidence.
Overall, I would like to emphasise his friendly and honest manner and can only recommend working with him, keep up the good work!
