VoReVe
The most important goal of the research project VoReVe – Economically evaluated and simulation-based process model for the reduction of losses in set-up and cleaning processes of manufacturing and packaging plants for food is the systematic reduction of the expenditure of time, personnel, energy and materials by technical, production-organizational, economical and Personnel optimization using the example of frozen food in the vegetable, meat and fish processing industry.
The VoReVe research partners
In addition to SimPlan AG, the VoReVe research partners also include Iglo Frozen Fish International GmbH located in Bremerhaven, FRoSTA AG located in Bremerhaven and HsH Hochschule located in Hannover.
The VoReVe research project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture following a decision made by the German Bundestag.
