SimPlan supports InkA Wetterau gGmbH once again
This year, SimPlan is once again supporting the non-profit organisation InkA Wetterau gGmbH with a donation, thereby setting an example for social responsibility, inclusion and equal opportunities in working life.
InkA Wetterau gGmbH is committed to helping people with disabilities find their way into the general labour market. The organisation’s goal is to promote individual skills and support people in developing their career prospects. Through personal guidance, counselling and practical support, InkA Wetterau helps to break down barriers and enable genuine participation in working life.
Inclusion means much more than integration – it creates opportunities to recognise potential and deploy people according to their strengths. This is precisely where InkA Wetterau’s work comes in: every person receives the support they need to find their own way into the world of work.
A look at the year 2025 shows just how effective this work is. With the support of InkA Wetterau, nine young people with disabilities have made the transition into the general labour market. Behind these successes are personal stories of courage, development and commitment – both from the participants and from the people who accompany them on this journey. They impressively demonstrate that inclusion can work in everyday working life and that diversity is a great strength for our society and companies.
With our donation, we want to help ensure that this important commitment can be continued and further expanded. Initiatives such as InkA Wetterau make a valuable contribution to an open and inclusive working environment in which people, regardless of their individual circumstances, have the opportunity to contribute their skills and develop professionally.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire team at InkA Wetterau gGmbH for their daily commitment, their passion and their important work to promote greater inclusion in working life. Together, we want to help create prospects and enable sustainable opportunities in the labour market.
