Change in the management of SimPlan Solutions GmbH

SimPlan AG takes over operational business of SimPlan Solutions GmbH

Maintal/Holzgerlingen, July 2007 – On July 31, 2007, Roger Schwarz will leave the management of SimPlan Solutions GmbH. He will focus on new consulting activities in the field of the digital factory. Dr. Sven Spieckermann and Dirk Wortmann will take over the management of SimPlan Solutions GmbH.

At the same time, the operative business of SimPlan Solutions GmbH will be transferred to SimPlan AG, where it will be continued. In the course of this, the Maintal parent company will also take over the other employees of SimPlan Solutions GmbH. They will continue to support existing customers and projects from the Holzgerlingen site, which will operate as a branch of the parent company in the future.

“Due to the departure of Roger Schwarz, we were forced to reorient ourselves. The takeover of the operative business as well as the employees of SimPlan Solutions GmbH by SimPlan AG seemed to be the most sensible solution”, Dr. Sven Spieckermann explains the changes.

The SimPlan Group is thus simplifying its structures and at the same time maintaining the high level of service through direct customer proximity at the Holzgerlingen site.
